Kerokay?

Fried mashed potatoes with corn?  PUHLEEZE!

I know I seem to talk so much about eating and food, but seriously this is mashed potatoes with corn that has been breaded in panko and fried...HELLO?  I had never had a croquette ever in my life and I am pretty sure that this is one of the most amazing things to eat.  When Patrick bought them, I asked him what it was and he said  "kerokay", which is the Japanesed way of saying croquette.  I must learn how to make!
